Boxers from Turkmenistan won five awards at an international tournament in Kazakhstan
Turkmen boxers won five medals - one gold, two silver and two bronze - at an international tournament dedicated to the memory of Kambar Andashev, which was held in Aktau (Kazakhstan). The Federation of this sport of the country informed the ORIENT correspondent about this.
Nurmurad Saparov, who successfully performed in the weight category up to 46 kg, brought the only gold medal for the Turkmen team.
Mergen Khojamammedov received a silver award in the weight category up to 60 kg. Alibek Jalilov won another silver in the weight category up to 86 kg.
The bronze medalists of the international tournament were Seitdzhan Babajanov (up to 54 kg) and Yazmyrat Byabishev (up to 71 kg).
Let us recall that earlier at the international tournament, which was also held in Aktau, Turkmen boxers won six medals.
