Turkmen schoolchildren will be able to participate in the MGIMO competition for free university education


Turkmen schoolchildren will be able to take part in the MGIMO International School Olympiad for foreign applicants and get the opportunity to study at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations on a free basis. The registration has opened. Applications can be submitted by students of grades 10-11.
This year's contestants will be schoolchildren from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia, India and African countries. The cut will be conducted in Russian and English in two stages. In the qualifying round, participants perform test tasks in an online format, and in the final round - written in-person and online.
The participants of the Olympiad will have to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the English language, as well as general erudition in geography, world history and in the direction of international relations.
The winners and prize—winners will be determined separately for each country, while the students who won the competition will have the opportunity to study at the MGIMO Bachelor's degree programs on a budget basis, and the prize-winners will have the right to enroll in paid education on a priority basis based on the portfolio competition.
