The President of Turkmenistan and the head of the Halk Maslahaty congratulated Emomali Rahmon on his birthday
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on the occasion of his birthday.
The message noted that effective cooperation and close ties between Turkmenistan and Tajikistan in various fields indicate a high level of bilateral relations. Serdar Berdimuhamedov thanked Emomali Rahmon for his personal attention and great contribution to the development of interstate relations, the press service of the Tajik leader reports.
"The recent meeting in Dushanbe gave a powerful impetus to strengthening the bonds of friendship between our fraternal peoples, deepening cooperation between the two countries," the head of Turkmenistan wrote and wished his colleague good health, well–being and family happiness, and the fraternal people of Tajikistan peace and stability, progress and prosperity.
In his congratulatory message, Chairman of Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also expressed gratitude to Emomali Rahmon for his great personal contribution and deep interest in strengthening and developing bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and Tajikistan. "I am confident that thanks to our joint efforts, fraternal relations between the two countries will continue to expand and deepen," the national leader of the Turkmen people said.
President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon is 71 years old.
