Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov on Wednesday.
During the talk, it was noted that the relations of friendship and good- neighborliness, which have been connecting the Turkmen and Azerbaijani peoples for centuries, serve today as a solid basis for expanding the mutually beneficial partnership of the two countries, which is dynamically developing on the basis of equality, trust and mutual understanding, the evening news of the Turkmen State Television reported.
It was stated that the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Azerbaijani Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation plays an important role in the development of bilateral relations.
Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan also successfully cooperate within the framework of regional and international organizations, and first of all, the UN, providing mutual support to initiatives aimed at achieving Sustainable Development Goals and ensuring universal security, Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted.
