The Dialogue of Youth of the Central Asian countries was established at the international forum in the city of Arkadag
The founding meeting of the "Dialogue of Youth of Central Asian Countries" was held on Monday, in the city of Arkadag, with the participation of representatives of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, as well as international organizations.
The new format of regional cooperation secured by the signing the memorandum is intended to promote the development of direct contacts between the youth communities of the five Central Asian countries. The launching took place within the framework of the youth forum "Dialogue is a guarantee of peace", which took place on October 2 at the Aba Annayev International Horse Breeding Academy in Arkadag.
The forum, organized in a hybrid format, brought together public and state figures, youth activists from Turkmenistan, China, the UAE, Azerbaijan, Libya and other countries. Heads and employees of UN structures and agencies represented in Turkmenistan joined the discussions.
The main topics of the forum: initiatives promoting peace and social cohesion, climate change and environmental sustainability, digital diplomacy, promotion of peace through culture and art.
