The winners of the international contest "Caspian Sea without Borders" were awarded in Ashgabat
The ceremony of awarding the winners of the international contest for the best journalistic work "Caspian without Borders" was held at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Ashgabat. The ceremony was attended by the Russian Ambassador to Turkmenistan Ivan Volynkin.
The first place in the nomination "Fresh look" was won by the journalist of the newspaper "Turkmenistan" Aygul Rahimova for the material "Commonwealth. Friendship. Cordiality." The diploma for the second place in the nomination "FotoKaspiy" was awarded to the journalist Ilaman Churiev. He submitted to the contest photographs dedicated to the development of cooperation between the Caspian countries.
The media contest was attended by official media, creative groups, associations and authors who carry out their activities on the territory of the Caspian states. This competition was traditionally held in 5 nominations: "Photo of the Caspian Sea", "Man and the sea", "Discovering the Caspian countries", "The Caspian is the territory of health", "Fresh Look".
"The holding of the Caspian Without Borders contest helps the residents of our countries to know and understand each other better. And a big role in this belongs to you, journalists," Vladimir Golovkov noted. – Experts from Turkmenistan took an active part in the Caspian Media Forum.
