The President of Turkmenistan signed a decree on pardoning 1,180 convicted citizens


1180 convicted citizens were pardoned in Turkmenistan. They will be released from prison in accordance with the decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
The Head of State signed a decree on pardon at an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers with the participation of members of the State Security Council. Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the heads of local authorities to help those pardoned with employment. This was reported in the evening news of the Turkmen television.
