WTHA President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov awarded active members of the Association of World Turkmens
The XXIV Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World was held in Ashgabat on Wednesday, at the Mekan Palace, under the chairmanship of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty, President of the WTHA Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The forum, which is traditionally held on the eve of Turkmenistan’s Independence Day, was attended by representatives of Turkmen diasporas from the Russian Federation, Iran, UAE, Germany, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Afghanistan.
During the conference, President of the Association Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov announced the decision to award individual members of the WTHA with the honorary badge “Ynsanperwerligiň sarpasy”, which was established in order to encourage its active participants for their contribution to the work of the organization, merits in the study and popularization of national culture, art, among other peoples of the world. literature, history of the Turkmen people, as well as in the development of relations of friendship and brotherhood in the world.
The President of WTHA signed resolutions on awarding the “Ynsanperwerligiň sarpasy” badge and on convening the XXV conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmen of the World in September 2024.
Then the awards ceremony took place. Three foreign citizens – active members of the Association – were awarded the honorary sign “Ynsanperwerligiň sarpasy”.
This is Mohammadi Nazarmohammad Adineh Ghorban - head of the Er-Salah scientific and spiritual madrasah in Iran, Bobonazar Karaev - head of the forensic medical examination department from Tajikistan and Rejep Avezov - head of the Turkmen national-cultural center of the Association in Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan.
