A ceremony dedicated to Independence Day of Turkmenistan was held in Ankara
The event dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of Independence of Turkmenistan took place on Wednesday in Ankara with the support of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Turkey and the Youth Council of the Turkic World. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Turkmen and Turkish authorities, the public, science and culture, the press service of the Turkmen diplomatic mission reported.
With great interest, the guests listened to reports on the achievements of Turkmenistan over the years of independence in various fields, as well as on the prospects for the development of Turkmen-Turkish relations. Particular attention was paid to the foreign policy of Turkmenistan, aimed at ensuring peace, stability and sustainable development in the region and the world.
As part of the festive event, a discussion of the main areas of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres also took place. The meeting delegates expressed confidence in the further strengthening of Turkmen-Turkish ties on the basis of friendship, good neighborliness and mutually beneficial partnership.
