President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov spoke at the plenary meeting of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly on Tuesday, September 19.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov voiced from the UN rostrum the positions of Turkmenistan on the key problems of our time, primarily in the field of strengthening peace, security and development, and solving environmental problems.
