Serdar Berdimuhamedov proposed creating a Central Asian Chamber of Commerce
Expanding trade and economic relations between the countries of the region and increasing the volume of mutual trade turnover is the most important task, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov said at the fifth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia in Dushanbe.
– This requires extreme specificity and effective measures. In this regard, we propose to consider the issue of creating a Central Asian Chamber of Commerce,” Turkmenistan Today quoted him as saying.
The meaning and purpose of the new structure is to coordinate the steps of the countries of the region in developing trade, ensuring the commercial interests of potential economic entities of the Central Asian market and attracting investments for the implementation of large regional projects, Serdar Berdimuhamedov clarified.
