Turkmen musicians perform in Bishkek as part of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of the CIS countries

The Youth Symphony Orchestra of the CIS countries performed on September 12 in Bishkek at a gala concert in honor of the opening of the XVI Forum of creative and Scientific intelligentsia of the CIS states. The consolidated composition included musicians from the orchestras of the Commonwealth countries, the Symphony Orchestra of Cinematography of the Russian Federation and seven musicians from the State Symphony Orchestra of Turkmenistan under the baton of conductor Rasul Klychev.
The largest annual humanitarian event in the Commonwealth gathered in the capital of Kyrgyzstan more than 200 delegates from different countries, including from musical circles. Composers, musicians, famous opera singers and other artists took part in a large concert held in the Kyrgyz capital on the stage of the Toktogul Satylganov Philharmonic.

Talented and experienced kapellmeisters – Russian conductors Sergei Skripka and Konstantin Naumenko, Rasul Klychev from Turkmenistan, as well as conductors from Kyrgyzstan - stood at the conducting console of the CIS Youth Symphony Orchestra.
– The concert program of the Youth Orchestra at the opening ceremony of the forum was "light", if I may say so. The orchestra performed popular works and songs from the cinema. The audience received compositions from well-known and beloved films of the CIS countries with great warmth and delight," Rasul Klychev, conductor and head of the Turkmen State Orchestra, told Orient.

– I conducted the orchestra during the performance of the work of Nury Halmamedov, which the composer wrote for the film "The Decisive Step" of the Turkmenfilm film studio, as well as Ariel Ramirez's composition "The Lark". It is not the first time that both musicians and conductors have performed together. The youth Orchestra is like a family, everyone is on the same wavelength and there are many implemented joint projects and there will be more. In November, the Youth Symphony Orchestra will give a concert in St. Petersburg as part of the "Cultural Capital of the CIS" program, but this will be a different musical story," the maestro continued.
Today, the chamber orchestra played for the students of the children's music school in Bishkek. Rather, the musicians' rehearsal turned into a mini-concert, and the young pupils received an amazing lesson in performing skills and the opportunity to hear the talented orchestra members play.

The XVI Forum of Creative and Scientific intelligentsia of the CIS states continues its work. The program of the event includes cultural events and panel discussions on topical issues of the humanitarian sphere, in which representatives of the Turkmen delegation participate.
The information council of the CIS member states will also be held within the framework of the forum.
