Improvement of training of engineering and technical personnel was discussed in Ashgabat
The Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas has become the venue for a scientific and practical conference dedicated to improving the training of engineering and technical personnel for various sectors of the national economy of Turkmenistan.
The university teachers who spoke at the opening of the forum noted that in the modern era, the field of education in Turkmenistan is developing purposefully and systematically. Dozens of secondary, specialized secondary and higher educational institutions, pre-school education institutions, children’s health and treatment centers are commissioned annually in the country. The latest achievements of science and innovative teaching methods are widely introduced in schools and universities.
During the conference, the teaching staff of the university, other higher educational institutions of the country, as well as students made reports on the results of their scientific research.
It was noted that teachers and students of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas regularly publish scientific articles based on the results of research and design work in international journals.
In January-August 2023, more than 350 scientific articles of university representatives were published in scientific journals of Turkmenistan and foreign countries. This demonstrates the high level of scientific activity of teachers and students of the university, which produces highly qualified specialists for the oil and gas industry of the country.
