The Foreign ministers of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan discussed by phone the organization of upcoming visits at the highest and highest levels. In particular, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and his Tajik counterpart Sirodjiddin Mukhriddin reviewed the preparations for the meeting of the foreign ministers of the format of the Consultative Meeting of the heads of Central Asian states, as well as preparations for the high-level Summits to be held next week, on September 14 and 15 this year in Dushanbe.
During the telephone conversation, the diplomats also exchanged views on the state and prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation, interaction on topical issues of the regional and international agenda, the Tajik Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
