The Ambassador of Turkmenistan met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Minsk Nazarguly Shagulyev met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Aleinik on Friday, September 1.
During the meeting, the parties stated the traditionally friendly nature of bilateral relations. Topical issues of cooperation were considered with a special emphasis on the expansion of trade and economic ties, the development of contacts in the political, social and humanitarian spheres. The need for the fullest use of the potential of interaction in the field of education, culture, science and technology was noted. The subjects of interaction and mutual support within the framework of international organizations were discussed.
"The parties paid special attention to the issues of the upcoming meeting of the Turkmen-Belarusian intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation, which is scheduled to be held in the second half of 2023 in Minsk," the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Belarus noted.
