Turkmenistan has stable GDP growth, domestic and foreign trade — January- July 2023

Turkmenistan's GDP growth in January-July 2023 amounted to 6.2%. During this period, 6.3% more products were produced in the country than in the first seven months of last year. The volume of retail trade turnover in the country exceeded the base level by 9.4%, and foreign trade – by 4.9%. Deputy Prime Minister Hajymurad Geldimyradov reported on such indicators at a meeting of the Turkmen government on Friday.

Also, according to his report, the volume of capital investments, for seven months of this year, mastered at the expense of all sources of financing, increased in the country by 27.6%.
