The world's first cruise for cats launched in Singapore
Sea cruises for cats and cats and their owners were first launched by the Singapore company Tall Ship Adventures. Owners with their whiskered pets can go on a two-hour swim and admire the scenery, fireworks and have a good time.
Two years ago, dog cruises were launched in Singapore. They have become very popular, so the organizers decided to arrange similar tours for cats.
The journey of the fuzzies by sea takes place on a 47-meter luxury liner, on board of which ideal conditions and entertainment have been created for tailed "passengers" with any character: animals can "communicate" with each other, enjoy the seascape, play or retire and relax in a couch. Before launching the cruise, the authors of the project consulted with veterinarians and other experts on the safety of cats. Animals can only be on board in harnesses.
The owners of cats on the ship will not be bored either – they will have a multi-course lunch and performances by artists. There are no treats provided for pets — the organizers advise taking food with you if necessary.
The cost of a cruise ticket is $166. The ship sails around Sentos Island and each time the tour ends with a small fireworks display, writes the National News portal.
