Laureates and jury of the Moscow festival "Sounds of the Dutar" will perform with an invitation concert
There are two months left before the opening of the VII Moscow International Festival of Arts “Sounds of the Dutar” named after Nury Halmamedov. This year it will be held from October 29 to November 4.
The "live" announcement of this bright event of cultural life will be a concert with the participation of jury members of the festival's competitive program and laureates of musical competitions of different years. They will perform at the Zurab Tsereteli Art Gallery (Museum and Exhibition Complex of the Russian Academy of Arts) on September 17. The concert, as a kind of prologue to a larger event, was called “Towards the VII festival “Sounds of the Dutar”. Start at 15.00.
Also, until October 1, the acceptance of applications for the competition of musicians held within the framework of the festival for the best performance of academic music based on ethno-cultural traditions continues. The competition takes place in online and offline formats. More about it here.
The creative competition, which takes place at the site of the Sounds of the Dutar festival, is aimed at strengthening and preserving national musical traditions, supporting gifted youth, mutual influence and enrichment of cultures of different peoples and promoting the unity of society.
