The Merchant Sea Fleet offers foreign ships calling at the international port of Turkmenbashi the service of bunkering / refueling foreign ships with diesel fuel not only at the berths, but also directly on the roads (area No. 78).

Refueling at a relative distance from the coast, without mooring, significantly saves travel time, allowing ships to follow the assigned route after bunkering.

Bunkering is carried out by the “Serpay” tugboat, which, in addition to fuel, can supply foreign ships with drinking water and food, according to the website of the national carrier CJSC Sea Merchant Fleet.
