XVI Forum of creative and scientific intelligentsia of the CIS countries to be held on September 12-13 in Bishkek
The XVI Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS Member States will be held on September 12-13 in Bishkek. More than 200 delegates from the Commonwealth countries will come to the capital of Kyrgyzstan to participate in it. This was reported on the website of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS member states.
The theme of the forum is "Through the interaction of cultures - to the commonwealth and peace." At plenary sessions and in specialized sections, scientists, educators and artists will discuss new formats of cooperation in education, youth initiatives in the field of volunteerism, and the formation of intercultural dialogue.
The central panel discussion will be devoted to the main theme of 2023 in the CIS, which was declared the Year of the Russian Language as a Means of Interethnic Communication.
The forum will host an awards ceremony for the CIS interstate awards "Stars of the Commonwealth" and "Commonwealth of Debuts", as well as a performance by the CIS Youth Symphony Orchestra.
For the first time on the sidelines of the forum, a meeting of the Council of Heads of State Information Agencies of the CIS and a round table of heads of theater unions of the CIS will be held.
Forums of creative and scientific intelligentsia is the main humanitarian event of the year in the Commonwealth. They are alternately held in the capitals of the CIS countries.
Ashgabat hosted the Forums of creative and scientific intelligentsia twice - in 2012 and 2019.
