Fishing is prohibited within three nautical miles of the coast and in protected marine reserves. But poachers are fishing around the ban, causing irreparable harm to the Mediterranean Sea, the report says.

The environmental protection organization Fish House, together with Italian eco-activists, came up with an original method to combat illegal catching. To protect the seabed and its inhabitants, concrete blocks were first lowered there. And soon local artists joined the work - and now their works of art have become a real obstacle to large nets and the passage of poachers' ships.

Among the exhibits of the unusual museum are the creations of famous masters. The authors of the project plan to increase the number of underwater "guardians" of the environment to 100.
