Songs from movies will be performed at a concert in Ashgabat
The concert season in Ashgabat will open on August 20 with a performance by young performers. They invite guests and residents of the capital to the evening music program "Film, Film, Film!", where songs from famous Soviet, Turkmen, Russian and foreign films will be performed.
Many of these musical compositions almost immediately after the release of the picture came off the screens and have long been performed as an independent work at concert venues. At the Ashgabat evening, young artists – Aylar Bayramova, Anna Hommadova, Marta Giris, Grigoriy Ambartsumov will sing songs from such films as "Carnival Night", "Diamond Hand", "Brother-2", "Titanic", "Breakfast at Tiffany's", "The Decisive Step" and others. The popular vocalist Elena Oreshkina will also perform as a guest singer at the concert.
The singers' performances will be complemented by a video installation – viewers will be able to watch fragments from their favorite movies and listen to familiar songs.
The concert will take place on August 20 in the capital's cinema concert hall "Turkmenistan". It starts at 16:00.
