An unusual ecological action was organized in the village of the World Student Games Chengdu (China) – garbage and waste can be exchanged for souvenirs and gifts, "Chinese Panorama" program tells.

Recycling machines were installed in the town - a coupon is issued for each plastic bottle, glass or tin can. For five such "tickets" you can get an eco-bag, a Sichuan-style T-shirt or make a print with your photo and other souvenirs. Athletes from different countries also joined the action.

The organizers called the environmental action "Magic Cubes" and believe that it brings joy to the participants and benefits the environment.
