Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan intend to expand partnership in the field of higher education


Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Kazakhstan Batyr Rejepov met on Wednesday with Olzhas Sakenov, Chairman of the Board of the Bolashak Center for International Programs.
"The participants of the meeting stressed the progressive development of bilateral relations between the countries in the scientific and educational sphere, and also exchanged views on building the potential of partner programs of universities of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan by organizing scientific internships to improve the skills of scientific and technical personnel," the message on the website of the Turkmen diplomatic mission in Astana reports.
Sakenov also spoke about the intention of Kazakhstan and the Bolashak scholarship program to take part in the international forum on healthcare, education and sports, which will be held in two months, on October 10-12, in Ashgabat.
In his opinion, this international platform will allow the delegation of Kazakhstan to widely present bachelor's, master's, postgraduate and second higher education programs.
At the same time, the parties discussed the issues of holding exhibitions "Days of Education of Kazakhstan abroad".
JSC "Center for International Programs" is the administrator of the Bolashak program, scientific internships, as well as interstate grants. The Center accepts documents and conducts a competitive selection.
