President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed the heads of the country's labor complex, together with the heads of regions, to attract half a million people to the domestic sphere. To do this, he instructed to create "Housewives Schools", where entrepreneurs and housewives will be provided with free consulting services, training and advanced training, NOVA24uz reports.

This step will reduce poverty, provide employment and increase local budget revenues. By the end of the year, it is planned to employ millions of unemployed and expand small businesses, the report says.

In the near future, a list of 200 thousand residents who will be trained in high-income professions and entrepreneurship will be approved. Such specialties include such modern areas as an engineer for the installation of alternative energy equipment, interior designer, IT, e- commerce, maintenance of electric vehicles and others.

According to experts, the opening of the "Housewives School" will reduce the poverty rate in the country from 14% to 12%, which is about 200,000 families. About 2 million people will be employed, new representatives of small businesses will appear and the level of medium-sized businesses will increase to 5 thousand.
