The President of Turkmenistan has ratified a number of important international documents

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved (ratified) by his decree a number of important international documents, thereby giving them legal force.

Among them is an agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters between the governments of Turkmenistan and the UAE.

The Head of state also approved five agreements between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tajikistan on cooperation in the field of: healthcare; veterinary medicine; plant quarantine; ensuring international cybersecurity; technical protection of information.

All documents were ratified in accordance with the Law "On International Treaties of Turkmenistan".
