Stephen King sold an Uzbek student the right to capture the movie by his story for a dollar


A unique event took place in the world of cinema and literature - the world-famous American writer Stephen King sold Gulnara Ivanova, a student of the Tashkent branch of the S. A. Gerasimov ASIC, the right to film his story "The Man who did not Shake Hands" for a nominal fee of one dollar. This is reported by EurAsia Daily.
"Purchase" launched her successful cinematic career – an Uzbek student created a short film called "Touch" in the horror genre. The film became the winner of the Malaysian Nitiin International Film Festival in the nomination "Best Thriller". At the same film forum Gulnara Ivanova received a diploma from the Student World Impact Film Festival (USA) for her work.
She has now completed filming her new film, "Open Your Eyes". With the support of the Tashkent branch of ASIC, Gulnara was able to realize her creative ideas at a new level. The film has already been awarded the title of "Best Trailer" at the prestigious film festival The Panama Series Festival.
