Kyrgyzstan has launched a new digital service for tourists

Kyrgyzstan has launched another online platform for tourists, Kabar news agency reports, citing Deputy Minister of Digital Development of the republic Zhazgul Kiyizbaeva.
Now foreign citizens will be able to register on the website of the Department of Population Registration. To do this, the receiving party must register the foreigner using the created personal account, specifying all the necessary information about him.
Using a webcam, you will also need to take a picture of a tourist. If the foreigner's Face-ID matches the photo when entering Kyrgyzstan, then he can continue registration.
"The goal of the project is to reduce to zero all possible corruption risks during registration, improve the accounting of external migration and accelerate the transition to a digital service format," commented Zhazgul Kiyizbayeva.
The initiative is being implemented by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the State Committee for National Security and the Tourism Development Support Fund of the Republic.
