Construction of a Cultural Center for 4,000 seats starts in Ashgabat
Ashgabat is starting to build a multi-profile cultural center for 4,000 people. The customer of the social facility is the capital's mayor's office, which previously announced a tender for the design and construction of a large cultural center with the condition of landscaping the adjacent territory.
Based on the results of the tender, the economic company Döwlet Gurluşyk was selected as the contractor.
The President of Turkmenistan signed a resolution allowing the city authorities of Ashgabat to conclude an appropriate contract with this company and ordering to begin construction of a new cultural center in August 2023, and to hand over the facility with full readiness for operation in June 2026.
The construction of new facilities in the capital and regions in order to improve the social and living conditions of the population is planned in the Investment Program for 2023. So, in Ashgabat, this year, the construction of three medical centers began - the International Center for Pediatrics for 160 places, the Center for Dentistry, the International Scientific and Clinical Oncology Center for 500 places.
