Construction of a park begins in the residential area of Choganly in the north of Ashgabat
A contractor has been identified for the construction of a cultural and entertainment park in the residential area of Choganly, located in the northern part of Ashgabat. According to the results of the tender announced in March, Nowa hyzmat is now in charge.
The decree authorizing the customer of the social facility, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to conclude an appropriate contract with the Nowa hyzmat individual enterprise, was signed by the President of Turkmenistan.
According to the document, the company will carry out the design and construction of the park in Choganly, as well as provide landscaping of the adjacent territory, laying internal and external supply engineering systems of the park, its electrical, water supply and sewerage facilities with their connection to the citywide network.
Construction will start in August 2023. It is prescribed to hand over the facility with full readiness for operation in two years - in August 2025.
