School fairs and bazaars open in Turkmenistan from August 1

School fairs will traditionally be organized on the eve of the new academic year in Turkmenistan. On August 1, trade pavilions will open in Ashgabat and in all regions of the country. This was reported on Friday at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers by Deputy Prime Minister Batyr Atdaev.
The fairs will be organized in the style of a large school store, where you can buy both stationery and clothes for school-age children and students, including training suits and shoes. The peculiarity of the event is that all products on the shelves will be presented from domestic manufacturers and departments of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations.
The vice-premier said that in the regional and district centers of the country, as well as in the capital and the city of Arkadag, in addition to the fairs, mobile shops filled with school goods will run.
After listening to the deputy chairman's report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed that the organization of school fairs with an abundance of educational goods for schoolchildren and students has already become a good tradition. He, in particular, instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to ensure a convenient location of retail outlets for customers and fill the counters with the necessary school products.
Fairs will operate throughout the country until September 5.
