BelTA: Gomel enterprises presented products for the II Games of the CIS countries
Gomel enterprises presented branded products for the II Games of the CIS countries, which will be hosted by Belarus from August 4 to 14, BelTA reports.
Thus, the symbolism of the Games is placed on gift sets with assorted chocolates and cookies offered by the Spartak confectionery factory. According to Mikhail Shcherbakov, the head of the company's sales department, a thousand boxes of sweets and 50 thousand packages of cookies have already been prepared. If necessary, Spartak specialists are ready to increase the volume.
The sewing and knitting company "March 8" has released a whole collection of branded products — adult jumpers, shorts for adults and children. The factory also offers women's and men's socks. As prints, the manufacturer used logos and the slogan of the II CIS Games — "Strong character, bright game".
"Initially, an application was received for 5 thousand products, but today, taking into account demand, the program for the production of branded products has been expanded to 10.4 thousand," commented Tatiana Fitzner, head of the commercial department of the factory.
Dobrush Porcelain Factory offers branded tableware. Among them are a cup and a souvenir plate with the image of the main symbol of the Games — the Lynx. And Rechitsky Textile offers various types of towels to the guests of the sports event.
Buses and trolleybuses with the symbols of the Games can be seen on the streets of Gomel.
According to Pavel Starosvetsky, head of the Sports and Tourism Department of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee, souvenirs will be available in fan zones during the events on August 5-7 in Gomel, and on August 12-13 in Zhlobin.
