The bullet train for the Asian Games in Hangzhou is presented

The Fuxing high-speed train, specially designed for the Asian Games in Hangzhou, rolled off the assembly line in Changchun, Jilin Province in northeast China, CGTN reports.
The 19th Asian Games will be held from September 23 to October 8, 2023, and during this period the train will run between Hangzhou, the host city of the Games, and five co-host cities - Ningbo, Wenzhou, Jinhua, Shaoxing and Huzhou in Zhejiang Province in eastern China.
The train consists of eight cars with a capacity of 578 passengers and can reach speeds of up to 350 kilometers per hour. It is painted in the iridescent purple color that dominates the event, and is decorated with emblem patterns, slogan and sports pictograms.
The electric train offers full coverage of the 5G+Wi-Fi network, and intelligent interactive terminals are available in some cars that provide wireless screen projection and other services for passengers during the trip.

To facilitate the passage of passengers with special needs, the train also has barrier-free carriages equipped with 90 cm wide pass-through doors, barrier-free toilets and places for storing wheelchairs. Braille signs are installed at several service points.
The train has an automatic air pressure and temperature control system, which effectively removes the discomfort from tinnitus caused by changes in air pressure when passing through the tunnel. The locomotive of the electric train has a bionic design that significantly reduces aerodynamic drag and will reduce energy consumption by about 10%.
Thanks to the lightweight design of the vehicle body and the general energy- saving technology, it can save about 1.8 million kWh of electricity annually, and the use of Ethernet technology increases the data transmission speed in the train by more than 60 times.
The big data analysis platform will help operators monitor train performance, predict and prevent malfunctions.
