Kindergartens in Uzbekistan offer puddings and casseroles: a new food system is being introduced in the country

Mini-kebabs and delicious samsa began to feed children in Uzbek preschools. A new experimental menu was launched in several kindergartens in Tashkent from June 1 to September 1. Later, taking into account the opinions and suggestions of educators, as well as the wishes of parents, it is planned to introduce a new food system throughout the country, Uzbekistan 24 TV channel said in its report.
The basis of the new system will be a collection of recipes "Aklvoy oshpaz" - the menu includes porridges with various kinds of dried fruits, cutlets, mini-kebabs, cottage cheese puddings, various pastries, samsa, casseroles, broths with noodles, omelets, sandwiches and many other delicious and healthy dishes for children.
The new system, as well as the recipe and cooking technology, meets all modern nutrition standards and SES standards. The main thing is that the children are happy with the food, and some educators tell about cases when parents asked cooks for recipes of dishes that their child particularly liked.
