The world's most powerful supercomputer for AI training is presented

The world's most powerful supercomputer for artificial intelligence training called Condor Galaxy 1 (CG-1) is presented.
Its development belongs to the company Cerebras Systems and the technology holding company from the UAE G42.
Located in Santa Clara, California, the CG-1 computer combines 64 Cerebras CS-2 systems into a single supercomputer with artificial intelligence. The performance of a supercomputer is 4 exaflops (a unit of measurement of computer performance). It is equipped with 54 million cores.
It is expected that this innovative network will lead to innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence on a global scale. According to Talal Alkaissi, CEO of G42 Cloud, Condor Galaxy will be used to solve the most important problems of society in the field of healthcare, energy, and combating climate change. It also significantly reduces the learning time of AI, while eliminating the problems of distributed computing.
Cerebras and G42 offer CG-1 as a cloud service, so everyone can conditionally take advantage of the power of the new giant.
