Star light: a musical-poetic evening in honour of Gurbannazar Ezizov was held in Ashgabat
The musical-poetic evening devoted to 80th anniversary of national poet of Turkmenistan Gurbannazar Ezizov, brought together a number of admirers of his creativity and cultural beau monde in the Ashgabat film and concert hall "Vatan".
Born on the first day of spring of 1940 the poet for a short course of life in 35 years had time to become, really, a national favourite. He is noted for ease of his verses and capacious expressiveness of the syllable printed in memory by a bright scale of feelings and sonorous chord of emotions.
At the evening his colleagues-writers, musicians and artists shared their impressions and pleasure of dialogue with the poet. And all pointed out that he was a modest, kind, deep, thoughtful and pensive person.
National poet Gozel Shagulyeva read her verse dedicated to him in which her admiration of talent of Ezizov and grief about his loss intertwined. Lines from the heritage of the poet which live in the heart of everyone who adjoined to his creativity were read. Evening proceeded D.Hydyrov's song «Ýaýla hüwdisi» performed by national actress of Turkmenistan Jemal Saparova. The touching lullaby performed to the accompaniment of the piano and dutar, mentioned strings of the soul of listeners.
National artist of Turkmenistan Saragt Babayev told about numerous works connected with an embodiment of the image of Gurbannazar Ezizov. National artist of the country Babasary Annamuradov remembered of his creative contacts this evening as well.
Pages of the life and creativity of the poet were opened by songs of Dangatar Hydyrov “Özgeleri diňledim” performed by national actor Atajan Berdyev and «Gyzlaryma» performed by national actor Atageldy Garyagdyev, the composition by Rejep Rejepov «Hüwdi» performed by A.Seytkulieva.
Actor of the music and drama theatre named after Mahtumkuli brightly embodied the image of the young poet, having read his poem “Gözleg”. As the illustration to what he had read, after the poet leaving for eternity on the stage the song by Selbi Niyazova “Seniň adyňda” was performed by honoured artist of Turkmenistan Akmurat Nurberdiev.
Song of young composer Selbi Niyazova on the basis of verses by Gurbannazar Ezizov as if a bridge connecting the XX and XXI centuries with the theme, glorified by the poet of love. Love for the country, love to mother, love to women, love of children, love to mankind, love to life - here all sides of that universal, mighty love expressed in each line of the poet and it still inspires Turkmen composers.
The song «Artyk däl ekenim ýeriň ýüzünde» - as continuation of the vital realities sounded by the poet and speculated by the composer became one of such pieces of music.
Art perusal of verses «Durnalar» under the music of Nury Khalmammedov with participation of children's chorus caused thrill and admiration. Modulations of chords, sonorous, pure children's voices with small paper cranes in hands personified peace and calmness.
In the concert some songs of Khalmammedov - close friend of Gurbannazar Ezizov sounded. It was the fine duet of creatively presented persons when the word dressed in music as incomprehensibly magnificent and natural as the moon dresses in sunlight, the sky - in light of stars.
For very little time which was given by destiny to both of them, each of them shone as the brightest star in the sky of Turkmen culture, and from merge of their beams there was born a surprising influence of works. Songs «Maňa seniň gözleriňden gitme ýok”, “Dostlaryma”, “Türkmen sährasy” were performed by national actor of Turkmenistan Atageldy Garyagdyev who also shared with public his memoirs of the poet and composer, unforgettable moments of the tripartite alliance - the poet, the composer, the singer.
All who spoke marked an increasing interest of readers in the creativity of Ezizov, inexhaustible and inspiring force of poems, his love to life.
All the evening long on the stage the chamber orchestra of Turkmen national conservatory named after Maya Kulieva under the baton of Tahir Atayev shone. Young musicians could skilfully, pathetically and sensually transfer emotionally powerful, ideologically rich and at the same time lyrical -philosophical literary style of the poet, passion and flame of his soul which does not stop to flare in lines of his poems sounding in songs, in memory and hearts.
