The Turkmen Ambassador presented credentials to the President of the Czech Republic


The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Czech Republic (with residence in Vienna) Hemra Amannazarov presented his credentials to the President of the Czech Republic Peter Pavel, the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports.
During the ceremony, the sides exchanged views on various areas of Turkmen-Czech cooperation.
The Czech President also conveyed warm greetings to the Head of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and expressed confidence that relations between the countries will continue to strengthen.
The sides also considered the possibility of organizing political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the two states in the near future to discuss new areas of cooperation.
Earlier, during the negotiations, representatives of the trade and economic sector of Turkmenistan and the Czech Republic expressed interest in developing bilateral cooperation in the field of hydrogen energy.
Diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Czech Republic were established on January 31, 1993.
