The Vice Prime Minister of Turkmenistan for Industry met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea
Deputy Prime Minister Baimyrat Annamamedov, who oversees energy, construction and industry in the Turkmen government, who is on a visit to Seoul, met on July 17 with Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea Han Duck-soo, Korean media reported.
The parties discussed building up the partnership between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea in the field of industry and construction, as well as culture and education.
Han Duck-soo praised the level of cooperation between the countries and noted the desire of Korean companies to take an increasingly active part in large infrastructure projects in Turkmenistan and deepen economic cooperation.
Annamamedov spoke positively about the quality of work previously carried out by Korean companies in Turkmenistan as part of the implementation of large-scale construction projects, and also expressed hope for expanding cooperation between the countries.
