Young professionals from Turkmenistan, along with representatives from Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia, will be able to participate in the John Smith Foundation Scholarship Program. This was reported on the page of the British Embassy in Turkmenistan in Instagram.
The program provides a unique opportunity to explore the issues of good governance, social justice and the rule of law, and inclusiveness as part of an intensive course at the best universities in the UK. A week of seminars in Scotland and three weeks of lectures in London will be held by representatives of the expert community of the highest level.
A separate program is prepared for each fellow, taking into account the area of interest, whether he is a lawyer, media representative or public and political figure. Participants who successfully complete the program in the UK will join the Foundation's alumni network, which includes over 500 fellows from over 20 countries.
Interested persons can apply until July 31 on the official website of program
The John Smith Foundation was founded in 1996 in honor of one of Britain's most famous politicians. John Smith is one of the most beloved and respected statesmen of the United Kingdom.
