Bidding on SCRMET: liquefied gas and diesel fuel are among the leaders in sales


Liquefied gas ($353 per ton), diesel fuel of the L-0.5-62 brand ($585 per ton), cotton yarn (from $1.80 to $1.85 per kg) and fabrics of different widths ($0.36 per sq.m.) were in demand during trading at the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan in Friday, July 7th.
Entrepreneurs from Afghanistan signed deals with Turkmengaz Group for the purchase of 5 thousand tons of LNG for $ 1.7 million, as well as with Turkmenneft Group for the purchase of 3 thousand tons of L-0.5-62 diesel fuel for $1.7 million.
Businessmen from Turkey signed contracts with the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan for the purchase of 214.5 thousand kg of cotton yarn for $390.3 thousand.
A company from Azerbaijan has purchased 160 thousand square meters of harsh fabric for $57.6 thousand from a Turkmen individual entrepreneur.
In total, 10 deals worth $3.7 million were concluded during the auction.
