Annageldy Yazmyradov was dismissed from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan at his own request due to his health condition.

A decree to this effect was signed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Friday at a meeting of the Turkmen government.

Tangryguly Atakhallyev, who until then had been in charge of the administration of the Balkan region, was appointed as the new Deputy Prime Minister for Agricultural Affairs.

The duties of the governor of the western, coastal region are temporarily entrusted to deputy head of the region, Jumanazar Annaev.

This was reported in the evening newscast of the Turkmen State Radio and Television on July 7.

Annageldy Yazmyradov served as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers for a little over a year, he was appointed in June 2022, and until that moment he served as the presidential adviser on agriculture.
