A film media cluster will appear in Moscow - an analogue of Hollywood and Bollywood

The film media cluster of the future will be located in the east of Moscow. On Friday, the mayor of the city, Sergei Sobyanin, inspected the progress of work on creating a competitive full-cycle cinema platform similar to Hollywood and Bollywood, TASS reports.
The project started in March 2023. A cluster for producers of video and film content will be built on an area of over 24 hectares. The infrastructure will include modern filming pavilions, studios, offices, a multimedia center and other facilities that provide a full cycle of film and video content production.
All equipment will be high-tech. At the same time, the cluster also has an educational bias - modern cinema will be studied there. The total area of the complex should be 170 thousand square meters.
“Therefore, creating pavilions here, we nevertheless set the task of creating exactly the pavilion of tomorrow, not yesterday, not the day before yesterday, not even today, but tomorrow,” the news agency quotes Sobyanin.
