The city of Arkadag received its own phone code – +993 12 or 8 00 12. It is identical to the code of the city of Ashgabat.

The numbering was also assigned to residential areas of Arkadag – for residents, phone numbers begin with +993 12 58..., and for state institutions and other departments with +993 12 57...

Earlier, the Agency "Turkmenaragatnashyk" and the Ministry of Internal Affairs jointly created a Call center in the city of Arkadag with a single number "123" for communication with emergency services.
