President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev awarded orders to the members of the Yalla ensemble in connection with the 50th anniversary of the formation of the collective.

"For bright talent, high professional skills, long-term, fruitful creative activity, a great contribution to the development of Uzbek pop art, its wide popularization on an international scale, strengthening cultural ties, friendship and harmony between peoples, special merits in realizing the abilities of young talents, educating the people, especially young people in the spirit of love and devotion to the Motherland, respect for national and universal values, as well as in connection with the 50th anniversary of the formation of the Yalla ensemble ... "- said in the decree published on July 1 on the website of the head of Uzbekistan.

According to the decree, the permanent artistic director of "Yalla" Farrukh Zakirov was awarded the Order of "El-Yurt hurmati", and musicians Abbos Aliyev, Zhavlon Tokhtaev, Timur Khalikov and Igor Khalikov became knights of the Order of "Dystlik".

VIE "Yalla" began to gain popularity in the early 1970s. He fell in love and filled several generations with the songs "Shine, Tashkent", "Three wells", "Yalla", "Without beloved eyes".
