Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was awarded the highest award by TURKSOY
Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was awarded the highest award of the International Organization of Turkic Culture — the "Order of TURKSOY", as well as the medal "For Outstanding Services to the Turkic world".
The award ceremony was held at the Maslahat Koshgi Palace. The "Order of TURKSOY" was awarded by the Secretary General of the organization Sultan Raev, and the medal was awarded by the Secretary General of the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World Ilyas Demirji.
The guests who visited the country to participate in the opening of the city of state significance Arkadag noted the significant contribution of Turkmenistan to the development of cultural ties and scientific cooperation between the Turkic countries.
The national leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that every effort will be made for the further comprehensive development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and TURKSA.
