The Archabil Hotel in the capital hosted the final stage of the DigiWomen Camp program, which is designed to popularize the study of programming among women and girls, as well as to promote their career growth in the field of information and communication technologies.

During the event, 24 participants from Ashgabat addressed the audience, including representatives of private companies, with a presentation of IT projects. It was necessary in a few minutes to convincingly talk about the innovative solution of the idea and its advantages over other analogues.

Thus, Aigul Khallyyeva spoke about the platform she developed, aimed at helping women find employment. Another participant, Nurana Akmuradova, told the audience about the distinctive features of the site for applicants, which includes basic information about the world's leading universities.

Fans of the culinary arts will definitely like the platform developed by Oguldondi Gullyeva. The online platform will visually teach those who want to cook various dishes easily and with pleasure.

The purpose of this stage is to provide an opportunity for participants to demonstrate their talent and potential, as well as to take the appropriate steps for subsequent employment.

At the end of the event, all participants were awarded certificates and memorable gifts from the organizers. For further interaction with representatives of the private sector, the participants left their contacts and resumes. The organizers intend to hold similar events in the regions of the country.

The DigiWomen Camp program was launched in February 2023 by the USAID Future Growth Initiative in partnership with American Corners of the Country, Hewlett Packard Kazakhstan, and “Sanly Bilim” Private Education Center in Turkmenistan. The aim of the program is to create new opportunities for professional development in the IT sector for women and girls in Turkmenistan.
