1.66 million pilgrims arrived in Saudi Arabia

Over 1.65 million pilgrims arrived in Saudi Arabia through all border crossings. This was reported by the Main Passport Office of the country.
The ministry also noted that they have made every effort to facilitate the entry of pilgrims. In particular, the departments at all border crossings were equipped with the latest technological equipment and mobilized staff speaking different languages.
As previously reported, in 2023 Turkmenistan will send more than 2 thousand pilgrims to Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj. For this purpose, the agency Türkmenhowaýollary organizes charter flights for citizens of the country.
