The Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Tokyo met with the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan

The Japanese Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting between Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Tokyo Atadurdy Bayramov and Deputy Foreign Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Yuumi Yoshikawa.

Having considered topical issues of bilateral cooperation, the diplomats discussed the agenda of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Japan in 2023.

Bayramov informed about the readiness of the Turkmen side to organize a visit to Turkmenistan by Vice Minister Yuumi Yoshikawa, who, in turn, congratulated Turkmenistan on the upcoming opening of the new city of Arkadag on June 29, the Japanese Foreign Ministry reports.
