Turkmen English teachers are invited to online courses
Applications for participation in the autumn session of the Online Professional English Network (OPEN) program for English language teachers have begun. They will be held from September to November 2023.
8-week advanced training courses have been developed by leading universities in the USA. Thus, Turkmen teachers can master the subtleties of developing and teaching academic writing, creating and implementing online courses, stimulating motivation and involvement of students. The training will also be devoted to the topic of integrating critical thinking in the classroom, the methodology of TESOL — teaching English to people who are not native speakers of this language (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Participants will also master the communicative teaching of grammar, the use of educational technologies in the English classroom.
Interested persons should fill out the appropriate form application until June 30.
Participants who complete the full course will receive certificates and digital insignia of the US Department of State.
