In addition, Tokayev stressed the key role of the European Union in trade and economic relations with Astana: "The European Union is especially important for Kazakhstan. During the visit of the German president to Kazakhstan, 9 documents were signed in various fields. In particular, we are talking about the creation of the Kazakh-German Institute of Sustainable Engineering, localization of the production of administrative devices using Siemens technology on the territory of the republic and other agreements.
